Michele is Vice President, Associate General Counsel at 3H Corporate Services where she leads a team of compliance professionals providing personalized corporate services to company founders, in house counsel, and executive teams. Her decade of legal experience assisting individuals and businesses tackle issues in a strategic and collaborative manner helps a diverse roster of clients maintain corporate compliance cost effectively. Michele earned her BA from Mount Holyoke College and JD from University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
