3H was founded in 2003 by Gary Harker with the aim of assisting entrepreneurs and business owners comply with State and Federal Laws. Gary graduated law school with honors from Lancaster University in England and then continued his studies at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, where he graduated with a master’s degree in corporate law and met his wife, Beth, a Florida Gator Alum, who also graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MBA. After graduation, they moved to New York City, where Beth pursued a career in investment banking and Gary worked as a general corporate and insurance regulatory attorney. As a corporate attorney, Gary advised business clients on all issues involving corporate formation, governance, and business operations and transactions. His insurance industry practice in New York focused on all aspects of legal and regulatory compliance for insurance companies, brokerage firms, agencies, risk purchasing groups, and risk retention groups. He brings over 20 years of legal, regulatory, corporate, and general business experience to 3H’s wealth of industry knowledge.
